What it does

Run evening batches, online and weekend courses with enrolments, progress and final scores, then issue numbered certificates of completion.

  • Online, on-campus and hybrid
  • Progress and final scores
  • Numbered, verifiable certificates

How it works.

Three steps from setting it up to using it every day.

  1. 1

    Publish a course

Dates, fees, seats and mode, on your own website if you want.

  2. 2

    Enrol anyone

Students, alumni and the public can enrol, with progress tracked.

  3. 3

    Issue certificates

Certificates carry a code anyone can check online.

What changes.

The same work, done once, in one place.

Without InstLane

  • Course enrolments in a separate spreadsheet
  • Certificates designed by hand
  • No way to check a certificate is genuine

  • Every certificate verifiable online

For each person.

Everyone sees the part that matters to them, and nothing they should not.

Pricing for Short courses & certificates

$8 a month as part of Short courses. Pilot institutions use every module free for one term.

Questions, answered.

Does InstLane work for both schools and universities?

Yes. The same system covers early years, primary and secondary (Matric, O and A Levels), intermediate colleges, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes, plus short courses. A network can run all of them in one workspace.

Which attendance devices can we connect?

ZKTeco terminals that support ADMS (push), Hikvision access controllers that send ISAPI events, and any RFID reader or middleware that can call a web address with a JSON message. We help pilot institutions connect their devices.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Attendance terminals keep punches in their own memory and send them when the connection returns. Teachers can also take the register in the browser as soon as they are back online.

Is our data kept separate from other institutions?

Yes. Every institution has its own database, and every request is checked against the institution it belongs to. You can export your data at any time.

Do parents need to install an app?

No. Parents and students sign in from any phone browser. There is nothing to install.

Stop running your institution on registers and group chats.

Join the pilot. When your place comes up, we set up your workspace with you.
