Who the pilot suits
We take institutions one at a time so every set-up gets proper attention. The pilot works best when:
- You run a school, college, university, academy or a group of them
- You are ready to use InstLane for real for a full term
- Someone on your team can own the set-up for two weeks
- You will tell us honestly what works and what does not
What we need from you
Most of this already sits in your spreadsheets. We help you bring it in.

- Your classes, subjects and timetable
- Staff names, roles and campuses
- Fee heads and any discounts or scholarships
- Your attendance devices, if you have them
