Why we built InstLane
Most institutions aren’t short of software. A typical one has a fees package, an attendance app, a results spreadsheet and three WhatsApp groups for every class. What’s missing is one place where a learner’s record lives, from the day they join to the day they graduate.InstLane began as that record. Today it covers admissions, registers and attendance devices, exams and transcripts, fees, staff and payroll, the library, hostels and transport. It also gives students, parents and alumni their own portals. It works for every level, from playgroup to doctoral research.
InstLane is shaped by the schools, colleges and universities that run on it. Pilot institutions have a direct line to the team, and every feature is tried in a real school before it ships. Every institution’s data stays its own. Each one has a separate database, and that data is never sold or shared.
