Teaching & learning$10 a month as part of Assignments (LMS)

What it does

Set work for a class, track who submitted on time, grade with feedback and see each learner’s submission rate on their profile.

  • Homework, projects, quizzes and labs
  • On-time, late and missing status
  • Marks and feedback per learner

How it works.

Three steps from setting it up to using it every day.

  1. 1

    Set the task

Homework, projects and quizzes with a due date, marks and attachments.

  2. 2

    Collect submissions

Students submit from their portal; late and missing work is tracked.

  3. 3

    Grade and return

Teachers mark and comment, and grades feed into the learner record.

What changes.

The same work, done once, in one place.

Without InstLane

  • Homework written on the board and forgotten
  • Submissions scattered across email and WhatsApp
  • No view of who is falling behind

With InstLane

  • Every task visible to students and parents
  • Submissions in one place with dates
  • Missing work shows up on the learner profile

For each person.

Everyone sees the part that matters to them, and nothing they should not.

Pricing for Assignments & coursework

$10 a month as part of Assignments (LMS). Pilot institutions use every module free for one term.

Questions, answered.

Does InstLane work for both schools and universities?

Yes. The same system covers early years, primary and secondary (Matric, O and A Levels), intermediate colleges, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes, plus short courses. A network can run all of them in one workspace.

Which attendance devices can we connect?

ZKTeco terminals that support ADMS (push), Hikvision access controllers that send ISAPI events, and any RFID reader or middleware that can call a web address with a JSON message. We help pilot institutions connect their devices.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Attendance terminals keep punches in their own memory and send them when the connection returns. Teachers can also take the register in the browser as soon as they are back online.

Is our data kept separate from other institutions?

Yes. Every institution has its own database, and every request is checked against the institution it belongs to. You can export your data at any time.

Do parents need to install an app?

No. Parents and students sign in from any phone browser. There is nothing to install.

Stop running your institution on registers and group chats.

Join the pilot. When your place comes up, we set up your workspace with you.
