Admissions CRM

From first enquiry to enrolment, on one board.

Families & community$12 a month as part of Admissions CRM

What it does

Capture enquiries from your website and front desk, move applicants through assessment and interview on a drag-and-drop board, and see conversion by source and campus.

  • Online application form on your website
  • Stages from enquiry to enrolled
  • Test scores and assigned counsellor

How it works.

Three steps from setting it up to using it every day.

  1. 1

    Capture every enquiry

Walk-ins, calls, web forms and WhatsApp land in one pipeline with their source.

  2. 2

    Move applicants along

Tests, interviews, offers and fee deposits, each stage with a date and an owner.

  3. 3

    Enrol in one click

An accepted applicant becomes a learner with their details, class and first invoice.

What changes.

The same work, done once, in one place.

Without InstLane

  • Enquiries written in a register and forgotten
  • No idea which source brings students who enrol
  • Details typed again at enrolment

With InstLane

  • Every enquiry followed up, with reminders
  • See which channels bring enrolments
  • Enrolment reuses everything the family already gave you

For each person.

Everyone sees the part that matters to them, and nothing they should not.

Administrators

Know exactly how many seats are filling and from where.

Teachers and staff

Admissions officers work from one shared pipeline.

Parents

Apply online and know where your application stands.

Questions, answered.

Does InstLane work for both schools and universities?

Yes. The same system covers early years, primary and secondary (Matric, O and A Levels), intermediate colleges, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes, plus short courses. A network can run all of them in one workspace.

Which attendance devices can we connect?

ZKTeco terminals that support ADMS (push), Hikvision access controllers that send ISAPI events, and any RFID reader or middleware that can call a web address with a JSON message. We help pilot institutions connect their devices.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Attendance terminals keep punches in their own memory and send them when the connection returns. Teachers can also take the register in the browser as soon as they are back online.

Is our data kept separate from other institutions?

Yes. Every institution has its own database, and every request is checked against the institution it belongs to. You can export your data at any time.

Do parents need to install an app?

No. Parents and students sign in from any phone browser. There is nothing to install.

Stop running your institution on registers and group chats.

Join the pilot. When your place comes up, we set up your workspace with you.
